Samsung Telecommunications America is pleased to announce the availability of Samsung WE VoIP application for Android smartphones.
Samsung WE VoIP is a mobile application that provides corporate users voice-over-IP communications over private Wi-Fi networks when in the office and public Wi-Fi or 4G/LTE network when out of the office. It is equipped with High Definition (HD) voice technology, 3G dialer and full-featured phone functionality to bring professionals a convenient, easy-to-use, and crystal clear voice experience.

Through the Samsung Communications Manager (SCM) or Samsung OfficeServ 7000 Series phone systems, this application turns a mobile device into a full-featured Samsung IP phone, providing conference calling, transferring, call back later, and hold functions over corporate or public Wi-Fi networks.

Available now at the Google Play Store. To download, scan the QR code on the right with your mobile phone or search in the Play Store ‘Samsung WE VoIP’.

Samsung WE VoIP is officially supported to the following devices:

  • Samsung Galaxy S3 Series with Android OS 4.0.3 or higher
  • Samsung Galaxy S4 with Android OS 4.1 or higher
  • Samsung Galaxy Note II with Android OS 4.0.3 or higher
Other Android devices and OS versions may run this applications, but with various limitations.NOTE: Samsung technical support cannot reasonable test every model on every carrier.  We will provide our best effort by testing issues on only the three devices listed above on the AT&T mobile network.

OfficeServ: Sites that want to add or start out with WE VoIP extensions must order them as part of the SIP Stack License.  Each WE-VoIP Client is a WE VoIP user.  A new field in the SIP Stack license is titled ‘WE VoIP’.   Note:  The Tutorial License supports maximum WE VoIP users for 60 days.
